Looking at worldwide search traffic for frozen yogurt over the last 12 months (i.e., June 2023 – June 2024), the top five regions were 1. United States, 2. Australia, 3. Kuwait, 4. Canada, 5. Israel. Kuwait and Israel are new to the top five. Last year, the countries in order of search interest were 1. United States, 2. Canada, 3. Australia, 4. Lebanon, 5. New Zealand. Google adjusts for differences in the population size of countries by using the proportion of all search queries rather than looking at the absolute query count.
Froyo Trends: Croissants & Froyo
Croissants have been used as cones at Heavenly Yogurt in San Diego (Cro-Yo), and flat versions are offered as froyo toppings at Yogurt World in South Korea. Froyo Heaven in Lebanon uses a chocolate croissant as a base for the Em Ali Soft Serve. The croissant is paired with sweet milk, pistachio flakes, shaved almonds, and soft serve froyo. And Yonique Froyo offers croissant cones topped with froyo and sauce at the Sunway Centre branch in Brunei.

Froyo in Poland: History, Trends, & Shops
Frozen yogurt has had limited success in Poland. There have been a variety of frozen yogurt shops open, including international chains (e.g., Tutti Frutti, Yogen Fruz), self-serve shops, and counter-serve shops. Shop names like RedBerry and White Cherry sound inspired by Red Mango and Pinkberry, while Yogoland is similar to Yogurtland. White Cherry only had one froyo flavor, plain/natural.

There were fewer froyo shop openings in April than in March. We found 46 new froyo shops in 17 countries that opened in April compared to 60 new froyo shops in 23 countries in March.
