I introduced my own ice cream recipes for Taro and Vietnamese Coffee and the very popular Dole Pineapple Soft-Serve, which became fast favorites in the community. I love curating the dessert topping bar too! I know a lot of people will wonder why I am making the decision to close. It’s because I’m now 33 years old; my husband and I really want to focus on starting our family. I have commuted from Renton to Snoqualmie over the past 5 years and devoted much time to this business. I’m ready to give myself time to focus on me. It’s bittersweet to close a company I’ve built up, but I’m confident it is the best decision for my husband and me. We are excited to start a new chapter.”
