Calling All US Foodservice Businesses that Serve Froyo, Our National Froyo Shop Owner Survey is Now Open

The (US) National Frozen Yogurt Shop Owner Survey is now open! We invite anyone who owns a business that serves soft serve froyo in the United States to take our froyo shop owner survey. Take the survey & we’ll share the results with you.

Our survey results will help you better understand how your shop compares to other shops. There are questions about shop performance, management practices, operations, outlook, concerns, etc. We’ll also compare this year’s results with last year’s results to identify trends over time.

Take the Survey & Get the Results

The anonymous survey takes about 7-minutes to complete and can be found at https://tinyurl.com/2022froyoowner

The survey will remain open until midnight PST on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

You’ll be asked for your email address so that we can send you the results. We will not use or share your email address except to send you the results.

Coupled with the National Frozen Yogurt Consumer Survey, the shop owner survey results will be used to better understand the overall frozen yogurt market in the United States from two key perspectives. We created the National Frozen Yogurt Survey to provide frozen yogurt shop owners and industry members with industry insights that can’t be found elsewhere.

How To Obtain the Results If You Don’t Take the Survey

Suppliers and others who are interested in the results but do not own a frozen yogurt shop/foodservice business that serves froyo, or are outside of the US can receive the survey results by sharing IFYA’s pinned Facebook (@froyoassociation) post, Instagram post (@froyoassociation) about the survey or retweeting the pinned survey tweet (@froyogirl).

Only foodservice business owners who participate in the current National Frozen Yogurt Shop Owner Survey, those who share the survey URL, and IFYA advisory board members will have free access to the full results of the shop owner survey. IFYA members will have free access to a limited set of results.
