I’m writing in reference to an order I placed with you just this week. I rarely ever take the time to review a product, and this is the first time ever that I’ve reached out via general email to praise a product, but I am SO pleased with the macaron boxes I ordered from you that I simply must tell you.
First, the boxes are absolutely the best mac boxes I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen and owned so many). The fact that they’re made of polycarbonate is brilliant, and they snap together so perfectly. The 3 colors you make available,– I don’t know which I love the best, they’re all so beautiful. And yours are the first with individual cells for the macarons that are actually wide enough for a typical macaron to FIT without being squashed before it’s actually consumed! If you guys were selling these boxes at Amazon, consumers would snap them up like hotcakes. Given all the macaron packaging for sale at Amazon at this writing, the main thing that buyers complain about across the board is the issue of how no one makes the tray slots wide enough. I’m so thrilled I found Pregelmarketplace before placing more orders for what now seem to be such unremarkable boxes and trays after seeing yours!
And your prices… I do not know how you sell these beauties for such a low price! I have to admit, I was a little bit skeptical as to how the boxes could live up to your photos, especially for such reasonable cost.
And then, no charge for ground shipping,– which I would have expected to take at least a week (seeing as how you’re in North Carolina and I’m in California).
But your wonders never cease as I didn’t have to wait but a few hours before the prize packages landed on my doorstep (I noticed right away that they were shipped from a facility in Walnut, CA). They were packaged like items I’ve received from Chanel or Hermes. It was delightful to open the boxes. And of course, they indeed live up to your descriptions and images. I’m really understating my excitement as I don’t want you to think I’m exaggerating anything. I’m actually at a loss for words to adequately convey how I love the boxes and at how impressed I am with your customer service in terms of processing my order so quickly, then delivering everything faster than Amazon Same-Day Prime. HOW do you do it??
Anyway, just wanted you to know how thrilled I am. I’m not a professional foodie, however, or else I’d be buying everything you have available. And btw, it all looks and sounds delicious, so no doubt I will definitely keep you on my radar and will buy from you again. Many, many thanks from one very happy and delighted customer!
