Time is Running Out to Be Part of the National Frozen Yogurt Shop Owner Survey

Want to know how your shop compares to other froyo shops? This is your chance. We created the National Frozen Yogurt Shop Owner Survey to help shop owners learn more about how they’re doing compared to other froyo shops. This year, we also modified the survey to take into account the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

Time is running out to take our short, anonymous online survey. The survey closes at midnight PST on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. If you own a business that serves soft serve frozen yogurt in the US, we’d love to hear from you.

Shop Owners Who Take the Survey Can Find Out How Their Shop Compares

The National Frozen Yogurt Shop Owner Survey is open to anyone who owns a business that serves frozen yogurt in the United States. Owners can sign up to receive the survey results while taking the survey. This year’s results will be compared to last year’s results.

We created this survey back in 2016 based on conversations with frozen yogurt store owners. Many wanted to know how their store was doing relative to others. However, that type of data was not available.

Our survey asks about shop performance, satisfaction with suppliers, operational practices, management, etc. This year’s survey was modified to take into account the impact of the coronavirus. The anonymous survey takes about 7 minutes to complete.

Non-Shop Owners Can Share the Survey URL to See the Survey Results

Suppliers and others who are interested in the results but do not own a foodservice business that serves frozen yogurt can receive the survey results by sharing the IFYA’s pinned Facebook post (@froyoassociation) about the survey before the survey closes on October 26, 2020. After sharing the post, send the IFYA a private message with your email address. Your Facebook account must be public.

The 2020 shop owner survey results should be available next month.
