The froyo holiday gift guide is our favorite post to write every year. We’ve been searching for and tracking froyo gifts all year long, just to give you a bit of froyo inspiration.
We’re inspired by froyo gifts that are new, whimsical, and fun. These are gifts that we’d like to give and/to receive. To make it easier, we also looked for gifts that can be ordered online.
For kids and those who like food with faces: Squishmallows came out with a pink and white plush toy named Cinnamon the Frozen Yogurt this year. She’s topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. Cinnamon is available in several sizes (5 inches, 8 inches, 12 inches, 16 inches, and also as a backpack clip. The 8 inch version is $24.99 on Amazon. Walmart has the 12 inch version for $29.95. We think Cinnamon is the very first frozen yogurt character from Squishmallows. In case you’re wondering, Squishable hasn’t come out with a froyo character.
For a colleague or neighbor: Maptote makes city-themed mugs, totes, shirts, bandanas, and more. Their products are designed in the US. The Los Angeles Foodie Mug ($18) features the foods LA is known for, including froyo. The ceramic mug is matte gray.
For the tart froyo lover: Souvla, San Francisco’s wildly popular Greek fast-fine restaurant mini-chain, joined Goldbelly earlier this year. This means you can get their famous Greek frozen yogurt with your choice of toppings delivered to your home or your friend’s home. A kit of four pints of froyo and four toppings is $89. We highly recommend the housemade baklava crumble. Shipping is free and you’ll earn points on your purchase (the points will help you earn discounts on future Goldbelly purchases). For someone who loves Christmas: Speaking of Forty Carrots, Bloomingdale’s is selling an exclusive Forty Carrots frozen yogurt glass Christmas ornament (on sale for $30). The cone of froyo features sprinkles. And Bauble Bar has a line of new ornaments. Their Do The Twist ornament features a cup of froyo with gem gummy bears and sprinkles ($35).
For the foodie who likes to make things: Ice Tray Treats ($17) is a hardcover cookbook with over 40 recipes for treats made in silicone ice trays. Froyo recipes are included. Add some cute silicon ice trays to complete the gift.
