OFFICIAL RULES
You agree to the official contest rules of the IFYA (“Contest Sponsor”) when you enter your frozen yogurt photo in the What Froyo Flavor Are You Photo Contest. The contest is regulated by the state of California and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By submitting an entry, you are granting the International Frozen Yogurt Association (IFYA) permission to publish for promotional and marketing purposes on all media.
Contest rules are subject to change without prior written notice.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to US residents over 13 years of age. Participants can enter as many times as they’d like.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter.
FORMAT FOR ENTRIES
If you were a froyo flavor, what flavor would you be? Post your answer to this question and explain WHY by commenting on the contest post (on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter) to enter our contest by midnight PST on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
Alternative method of entry by email: Send your answer to [email protected] by midnight PST on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
The entrant must be over 13 years old and reside in the United States.
The contest sponsor cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.
PRIZE
The winner of this contest will receive a prize package that includes:
- Yum Crumbs sample pack of 20 flavors
- 1 giant lilac Yogurtland spoon
- 1 Yogurtland PAC-MAN adult t-shirt (in the size of your choice: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and the color of your choice: maroon or black, subject to availability)
- 1 Yogurtland PAC-MAC classic dad’s cap (subject to availability)
The prize package has an approximate value $100.
The number of eligible entries will determine the odds of winning.
The winner will be announced on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter on or before July 24, 2024. If the winner entered via email, he/she will be contacted via email by July 24, 2024.
SELECTING A WINNER
All eligible entries will be reviewed by the IFYA for creativity of the flavor, appeal of the flavor, and the quality of the accompanying reason.
