Froyo activity slowed a bit in April. We found 45 new froyo businesses in 22 countries in April, compared to 56 new froyo businesses in 19 countries in March. The Philippines had the most openings again, with seven, followed by Mexico with six, and Malaysia with four.
Pinkberry had the most openings, with five new branches in five countries, followed by Yole with three openings, and Llaollao with three openings.
Sadly, we also found nine froyo shop closings, including the last Llaollao branch in Australia.
