There were fewer openings in June than in May (20 vs. 31), with the most occurring in the US (6 openings), followed by Indonesia with three. Franchises were responsible for most of the openings. Froyo Meltdown in Florida
Sadly, we are seeing that some of the temporary froyo shop closures due the pandemic are becoming permanent closures. We recently learned that Yogurtland locations in South Florida have closed, possibly for good. When we checked the Yogurtland website, nine locations were marked as temporarily closed.
