OFFICIAL RULES
You agree to the official contest rules of the IFYA (Contest Sponsor) when you complete the 2022 National Frozen Yogurt Consumer Survey.
By submitting an entry, you are granting the International Frozen Yogurt Association (IFYA) permission to publish your name for promotional and marketing purposes on all media.
Contest rules are subject to change without prior written notice.
The contest is regulated by the state of California and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States. Entrants must be over 13 years of age. Limit one entry per person.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter.
FORMAT FOR ENTRIES
To enter, participants need to complete the online National Frozen Yogurt Survey during the data collection period, September 12, 2022 – midnight PST on September 30, 2022 – midnight PST.
The contest sponsor cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.
PRIZES
There are five prizes. Each winner will receive a $25 gift card for frozen yogurt store of the winner’s choice, provided that the gift card can be purchased online. If there is no frozen yogurt store in the area or no frozen yogurt shop in the area that sells online gift cards, the sponsor can offer an alternate gift card of the winner’s choosing which does not have to be for frozen yogurt.
The winners will be contacted via email and announced on the IFYA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/froyoassociation/) by October 7, 2022. If any prizes are unclaimed by October 14, 2022, alternate winners will be selected from the eligible entries until all the prizes are awarded.
The number of eligible entries will determine the odds of winning.
SELECTING A WINNER
Five winners will be selected at random from the eligible entries.
