Airports can be stressful but froyo helps! While many airport froyo shops have closed, many are still open. We found 37 places to get airport froyo. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport has the most places to get froyo, with six, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport comes in second with five places to get froyo. Pinkberry has the most airport locations, with eleven, followed by Freshens with eight.
Here’s the current list of US airport froyo shops and cafes that serve soft serve froyo. The shops are listed in alphabetical order.
Places to Get Froyo at Airports
- Bananas Frozen Yogurt, LaGuardia Airport, Queens, New York. Bananas is co-branded with GreenLeaf’s. There are two locations at LaGuardia’s Terminal B. One of the Terminal B branches opened in June 2020 at the new Arrivals and Departures Hall.
- Bananas Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt, Orlando International Airport, Orlando, Florida. There is a co-branded Green Leaf’s & Bananas located at Gates 100-129 in the Orlando International Airport that opened in 2016.
- Berry Austin, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Austin, Texas. Located at Gate 8, Berry Austin is a local froyo concept that opened in 2018. The airport location offers counter-serve froyo, acai bowls, smoothies, and shakes.
- Colombo/Sara Lee Sandwich Shoppe, Denver International Airport, Denver, Colorado. It’s amazing to still see a Colombo open; the Colombo in Terminal B in Denver International Airport is still open and has been there since 1995.
- Fab Yo!, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia. Located at Concourse D, Gate D7 in Hartsfield-Jackson, Fab Yo! is a self-serve froyo shop that may have opened in 2016.
- Freshens, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia. The Atlanta airport currently is the home of three Freshens outlets. The one at Concourse A, Gate A25 opened in 2012. Freshens is also headquartered in Atlanta.
- Freshens, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia. The Concourse B, Gate B9 Freshens seems to have opened in 2013.
- Freshens, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia, Freshens at Concourse E of Hartsfield-Jackson serves smoothies, crepes, and froyo.
- Freshens, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas, Texas. Freshens is in Terminal C. There were other Freshens at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, but only one remains. It serves froyo, smoothies, and drinks.
- Freshens, Orlando International Airport, Orlando, Florida. Find Freshens at Gates 30 – 59 of the Orlando International Airport.
- Freshens, Denver International Airport, Denver, Colorado. Located in Terminal A, Freshens Fresh Food Studio in the Denver International Airport offers crepes, smoothies, salads, acai bowls and froyo. It opened in 2019.
- Freshens, George Bush International Airport, Houston, Texas. Marked as temporarily closed on the airport website, Freshens is at Gate C43 in George Bush International Airport. A second location at the airport is expected to open in 2023.
- Freshens, Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, Sarasota, Florida. Freshens is located in the pre-security area of the Sarasota airport.
- Freshii, George Bush International Airport, Houston, Texas. While Freshii is a healthy food café, it also offers froyo. It’s located at Terminal B and opened in 2015.
- Freshii, Sacramento International Airport, Sacramento, California. Freshii serves healthy bowls, wraps, soups, smoothies, juices and froyo from Terminal A of the Sacramento International Airport.
- Menchie’s, Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport, Cleveland, Ohio, US. Menchie’s opened in 2017 in the Airmall inside Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport. The closing of this location was announced in 2020 but it must have reopened or moved based on the recent reviews. The location is also listed on the Menchie’s website.
- Pinkberry, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia. Located at Concourse A, Gate A9, the earliest reviews of Pinkberry at Hartsfield-Jackson on Foursquare are from 2013.
- Pinkberry, BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport, Baltimore, Maryland. Located at Concourse A, Pinkberry opened at BWI Airport in 2012.
- Pinkberry, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas, Texas. Located at Terminal A, Gate A19 after security, this Pinkberry opened at the Dallas/Fort Worth airport in 2017, possibly. There are two Pinkberry locations in Terminal A.
- Pinkberry, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas, Texas. This second Pinkberry in Terminal A is near Gate A25. It seems to have opened after 2015 and possibly replaced the Red Mango near Gate A25.
- Pinkberry, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas, Texas. Pinkberry can be found in Terminal D. It seems to have opened after 2015.
- Pinkberry, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas, Texas. Pinkberry is also located in Terminal C. It seems to have opened after 2015.
- Pinkberry, Los Angeles International Airport, Los Angeles, California. The Terminal B Pinkberry is located before security at the arrivals level. It opened after 2009 when the first Pinkberry opened in LAX.
- Pinkberry, Ontario International Airport, Ontario, California. Two Pinkberry vending machines were installed at the Ontario airport in 2022 in Terminal 2 & 4.
- Pinkberry, San Francisco International Airport, San Francisco, California. Pinkberry opened in the remodeled Terminal 2 at SFO in 2011 next to The Plant Café Organic. This location serves froyo, smoothies, and shakes.
- Pinkberry, Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, Detroit, Michigan. Pinkberry opened in 2015 at Gate A71 of the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.
- Red Mango Cafe, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Charlotte, North Carolina. Located in the Atrium of Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Red Mango offers juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, sandwiches, and froyo. This location is co-branded with the Smoothie Factory. The oldest review is from 2015.
- Red Mango, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas, Texas. At one time there were five Red Mango locations in the Dallas Fort Worth airport. Today, one Red Mango can be found in Terminal B.
- Red Mango, Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada. Located at Gate D36, this Red Mango the counter-serve location at the Las Vegas airport opened in 2014.
- Red Mango/The Grove, Newark Liberty International Airport, Newark, New Jersey. Red Mango and The Grove co-branded for this location in Terminal D in Newark Liberty International Airport which opened in 2010 or 2011.
- Red Mango, San Diego International Airport, San Diego, California. Located in Terminal 2, Red Mango San Diego has a self-serve format and also sells smoothies. It appears to have opened in 2013.
- TCBY, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Charlotte, North Carolina. Located in Terminal C, the TCBY Charlotte airport location seems to have opened around the time Yovana closed in 2013 and is listed as permanently closed by Google. However, it’s still listed on the airport website and TCBY’s website.
- TCBY, O’Hare International Airport, Chicago, Illinois. TCBY, located in the T3 Rotunda, is the only froyo left at O’Hare.
- TCBY, Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada. Located in Terminal D, the first reviews were written in 2009. This TCBY is co-branded with Pretzelmaker and Mrs. Fields Cookies.
- Yogen Fruz, George Bush International Airport, Houston, Texas. Located in George Bush International Airport’s Terminal E, Yogen Fruz seems to have opened around 2015.
