We love froyo gift cards, but they lack the creativity and fun of a good froyo gift. And so, we’re thrilled to share our 2022 froyo holiday gift guide. Our criteria for inclusion in our gift guide are products that are (1) newly introduced, (2) fun or whimsical, (3) can be purchased online, and (4) froyo-related.
Yogurtland launched its first branded apparel and merchandise collection after we created the froyo gift guide. The collection includes apparel for adults and kids, bibs, giant froyo spoons, mugs, tumblers, hats, totes, backpacks, pet accessories, and more. Proceeds from the sale of Yogurtland merchandise will be donated to Yogurtland Cares, Yogurtland’s non-profit that supports organizations that assist women and children.
For your foodie friend & froyo buddy with the adventurous palate: A culinary perfume flight from Salt & Straw ($48). Salt & Straw introduced three culinary perfumes in honor of National Ice Cream Day, July 17, 2022. The three edible fragrances are (1) A Cloud of Cocoa, (2) A Swoon of Citrus, (3) A Plume of Blooms. You can wear the fragrances too! The flight includes all three fragrances. The perfumes, made with Portland-based perfumery, Imaginary Authors, are the first edible culinary perfumes for ice cream (or froyo).
For your froyo-loving neighbors: Yasso introduced Greek froyo mochi in April 2022 and you can buy boxes of froyo mochi online (packs start at $35). Yasso frozen Greek yogurt mochi is the first of its kind; it features creamy frozen Greek yogurt wrapped in fluffy, sweet rice dough. Each mochi is 80 calories, is gluten-free, and is made with all natural ingredients. And yes, each contains live and active cultures. A pack of 6 mochi has a suggested retail price is $5.49. For your teenage/tween froyo-loving niece: We spotted these sparkly handmade froyo sterling silver stud earrings ($17.95) on Etsy. “The cup is beautifully paved with rose crystals and a touch of siam red crystals on the heart accent. The yogurt is paved with clear crystals and sprinkled with siam red and emerald crystals.” They don’t look like kiddie earrings.
For young froyo eaters (over 5): Shopkins Lil Secrets Secret Locket Froyo Kiosk ($9.99 on Amazon) includes one teeny froyo shop and one tiny Shopkin. It’s tiny enough to fit in your palm at 3.3 x 3 x 1.5 inches.
For your froyo-obsessed office buddy or the office White Elephant gift exchange: Froyo Career Series blind box toys feature Quantum Dogs with different professional identities like a magician, race car driver, cook, police, firefighter, etc. Each blind box ($11.99) contains a randomly packaged vinyl figure.
