OFFICIAL RULES
You agree to the official contest rules of the IFYA (“Contest Sponsor”) when you enter your frozen yogurt photo in the Froyo at Home Contest. The contest is regulated by the state of California and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By submitting an entry, you are granting the International Frozen Yogurt Association (IFYA) permission to publish for promotional and marketing purposes on all media.
Contest rules subject to change without prior written notice.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to US residents over 13 years of age. Participants can enter as photos as they’d like.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter.
FORMAT FOR ENTRIES
There are three ways to enter the contest.
On Instagram, post your lounging at home with froyo original froyo photo on Instagram with the tags #froyoathome and #froyoassociation. The original photo must be posted using a public Instagram profile.
On Twitter, tweet your lounging at home with froyo original froyo photo on with the tags #froyoathome and #froyoassociation. The photo must be shared using a public Twitter profile.
You can also enter by sending your lounging at home with froyo photo to info@internationalfrozenyogurt.com
Photos must be posted during the contest entry period: Wednesday, July 1, 2020 – midnight PST on Monday, July 20, 2020.
The entrant must be over 13 years old and reside in the United States.
The contest sponsor cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.
PRIZE
- Orange Leaf sweatshirt (worth $30)
- Orange Leaf t-shirt (worth $15)
The winner can choose the size(s) of the apparel. If the prize is unclaimed by 8/10/2020, another winner will be selected from the eligible entries received.
The number of eligible entries will determine the odds of winning.
The winner will be announced on Instagram and Twitter on or before July 27, 2020. If the winner entered via email, he/she will be contacted via email by July 27, 2020.
SELECTING A WINNER
All eligible entries will be reviewed by the IFYA for creativity and appeal.
