Official Rules for the IFYA Summer Froyo 2019 Photo Contest
You agree to the official contest rules of the IFYA (Contest Sponsor) when you enter the Summer Froyo 2019 Photo Contest. The contest is regulated by the state of California and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By submitting an entry, you are granting the International Frozen Yogurt Association (IFYA) permission to publish for promotional and marketing purposes on all media.
Contest rules subject to change without prior written notice.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all legal residents 13 years old and over of the United States. Participants can enter as many photos as they’d like. The prize will be shipped to US addresses only.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter.
FORMAT FOR ENTRIES
To enter, participants need to follow the IFYA on Instagram (@intlfroyoassn) and post their photo on Instagram with the tags #summerfroyo and #froyoassociation. The photo must be posted using a public IG profile during the contest period: July 10, 2019 to midnight PST on July 20, 2019. Alternatively, entries will be accepted by email. Email the photo to info@internationalfrozenyogurt.com during the contest period.
The contest sponsor cannot be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and accepts no responsibility for technical support of any entries.
PRIZE
* 4 pints of Yoga-urt vegan, organic frozen yogurt (winner can choose flavors), retail value $48
The winner will be announced on Instagram by July 27, 2019 (if the entry was received by email, the winner will be contacted by email). If the prize is unclaimed by 8/15/2019, another winner will be selected from the eligible entries received.
The number of eligible entries will determine the odds of winning.
SELECTING A WINNER
All eligible entries will be reviewed by the IFYA. We will select the photo that is judged to be the most creative and best captures the spirit of summer froyo.
