Pumpkin Spice Latte Froyo Now Available at all Orange Leaf Locations

Oklahoma City – To recognize and honor our American servicemen and women, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, America’s fastest growing frozen yogurt concept[1], will offer all retired and active-duty military personnel a free cup of froyo, up to 11 ounces, on Veteran’s Day, Nov. 11. To claim the offer, customers should provide proof of military service, such as a military ID card, uniform photo, honors, badges, or come dressed in their military uniform. In addition, as part of its “Year of the Flavor” campaign, Orange Leaf is introducing its new, limited-time flavor, Pumpkin Spice Latte, for the month of November.

“My father was in the Air Force so I understand and appreciate the sacrifices our vets and their families make,” said Reese Travis, CEO of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt. ”Orange Leaf is proud to celebrate and recognize our service men and women, and we welcome every opportunity to become a more integrated part of our local communities.”

Vets will have a wide selection of flavors and toppings to choose from, including Pumpkin Spice Latte froyo, available only in November. The cooler weather, changing leaves and crisp air is a perfect time to enjoy the warm flavors and spices of pumpkin, vanilla and coffee in Orange Leaf’s Pumpkin Spice Latte. In addition to the delicious creations that customers can build in-store with an abundant toppings bar, Pumpkin Spice Latte is an ideal flavor to take home in To Go pints and enjoy with pumpkin pie after Thanksgiving dinner or stirred into coffee in place of cream and sweetener. Pumpkin Spice Latte flavor will be available at participating Orange Leaf locations across the country through the month of November while supplies last.

As with all other Orange Leaf flavors, customers are invited to invent their own froyo combinations with the new Pumpkin Spice Latte flavor by mixing, swirling or dividing their frozen yogurt with any combination of fruit, nuts, candy and other healthy or decadent treats from the do-it-yourself toppings bar. To inspire customers’ creations, Orange Leaf suggests the following “recipe” idea that customers can make at Orange Leaf stores:

Pumpkin Spice Heaven: Pumpkin Spice Latte froyo topped with graham cracker crumbs, white chocolate chips and whipped cream, drizzled with caramel sauce and sprinkled with cinnamon

The new Pumpkin Spice Latte froyo joins the ranks of other Orange Leaf “Year of the Flavor” flavors such as Chocolate made with Ghirardelli®, Pink Lemonade, Blackberry Greek and Cinnamon Roll. Customers become the chef when creating their own froyo treats, choosing from their local store’s customer-driven selection of 16 flavors, taken from the menu of 70-plus flavors. These flavors include no-sugar-added, gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan alternatives. Orange Leaf froyo is blended in proprietary machines that create a richer and creamier product than other frozen yogurt brands, and the self-serve model allows customers to control their portion size and nutritional value to fit their dietary needs and taste preferences.

Orange Leaf customers can check their local store’s web page, or download Orange Leaf’s iPhone or Android app, to check the other flavors available at stores in October before they visit.
