NBA MVP Kevin Durant Announces Partnership with Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

It’s been a huge week for Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt. Oklahoma City Thunder forward and NBA MVP, Kevin Durant, just announced his partnership with Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt. The deal is the first equity-based endorsement deal for Durant since joining the Roc Nation agency founded by Jay-Z last year. Durant will be the company’s first brand ambassador.

Durant will receive an ownership interest in Oklahoma City-based Orange Leaf in exchange for his work promoting the brand through community service partnerships, social media and personal appearances. A key element of this long-term partnership will include the development of a program that will impact underserved kids and communities. Earlier this week Orange Leaf kicked off its No Kid Hungry campaign to help end childhood hunger.

The partnership means Orange Leaf is well positioned to grow its brand across the U.S. and internationally with the help of an internationally-known spokesperson who shares common values including a focus on building strong families and supporting local communities. Orange Leaf is excited to introduce Kevin to fans across the country but specifics details of the partnership are still being developed.

The IFYA is excited to have the answer to a very important question: What is Kevin’s favorite frozen yogurt flavor and toppings combination at Orange Leaf?

The answer: Strawberry with rainbow sprinkles or peanut butter with chocolate chips.
